We make our rounds everyday. Here’s how it works:
Schedule a pick-up by completing our order form located at the bottom of the page. We’ll contact you shortly after you’ve submitted your form to confirm pricing/services/payment rendered.
Once we’ve hammered out the details and your pick-up date draws near, be sure to have your items ready for our arrival.
Expect your items fully restored and returned on the following pick-up/return date, unless specified otherwise.
How to prepare items for pick-up and drop-off
Any exposed knives and potentially fragile/dangerous items are to be wrapped as per the example found below.
Wrapping Instructions
Please note: We will not accept any items that have not been securely wrapped. This is for the safety of the worker and the liability of the item
Place knife centered diagonally at the bottom of some news paper
2. Fold bottom corner perpendicular over spine
3. Fold other corner over choil of knife (diagonal to prior fold)
4. Roll knife once over. Make sure it’s tight!
5. Fold end towards handle. Make sure folds match profile of knife.
6. Roll tight again
7. …and again
8. …and again. Once tight, tape down to secure fold. You can follow this same procedure with most items.
